What a session looks like

  1. Talk to your association

Tell us how many residents are interested, the space available and the timings that suit.

  2. Plan the batches

We suggest batches by age and level, and a schedule that fits community life.

  3. Start with a trial

Residents join a first session to see if the format works.

  4. Run it regularly

Classes continue weekly, with changes as residents' needs evolve.

Questions

How many residents do we need?

Batch sizes and timings are agreed with your association. Tell us how many residents are interested and we will suggest a plan.

Can we practise outdoors?

Yes, if you have a safe, shaded and even space such as a terrace or garden. We suggest indoor options for very hot or rainy days.

Can children and adults join the same class?

We usually recommend separate batches by age so each group gets suitable practice, but family sessions can be arranged.

Do residents book individually?

Your association can handle bookings, or we can share a simple sign-up for residents.

Ready to begin?

Tell us your goals and we'll suggest the right teacher and schedule.
