Not medical advice
Yoga Dodu provides yoga instruction and wellbeing practices. We are not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition, and nothing on this website or in our sessions is medical advice.
Talk to your doctor
Please consult a qualified doctor before starting yoga, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or living with a long-term condition such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid or hormonal conditions, or a respiratory condition. Keep taking any prescribed medicines and follow your doctor's guidance.
Practise safely
- Tell your teacher about any health condition, injury, pregnancy or medication before every new programme.
- Move within your comfort. Pain is a signal to stop.
- Stop and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness or faintness.
- In an emergency, call 112 in India.
Results vary
People respond to yoga differently, and we cannot promise any particular outcome. Any experiences described on this website belong to the individuals concerned and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
Yoga therapy
Our "yoga therapy" sessions are gentle, individual yoga practices designed to complement, and never replace, medical care.
