About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a session with Yoga Dodu ([CHOOSE: registered business name]). By booking you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not book.

What we offer

We arrange private and group yoga sessions at homes, apartment communities, workplaces and schools, taught by teachers we assign to you. Session details, such as the date, time, place, length and fee, are agreed with you before the first class.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Your health and safety

At your home or workplace

Please provide a clear, safe, suitable space. Our teachers are expected to be respectful and punctual, and you are expected to treat them with respect. Either side may end a session immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in arranging and delivering sessions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss that results from you not following instructions, not telling us about relevant health conditions, or practising unsafely. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
